The Report

A home inspection report provides the information you require to proceed with confidence. We almost always provide home inspection reports within 24 hours of the inspection in a detailed, easy to read PDF that will give you a full report on the condition of the property.​​

Our reports identify your home defects with a photo, description and recommendation recommendations on what needs to be done to resolve any issues we find..  The report gives you practical information like the location of the main water shutoff and the expected lifespan of the roof. With this knowledge, you can prevent or plan for the usual upkeep issues that come with home ownership.

All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference. Our clear, plain-language reports that provide the key information specific to your home. Not a bunch of generic information. We feel this is important because what good is an inspection report if you can’t understand what it says?
