Major issue walkthrough

After the inspection, we walk through the home together and explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. ​

Report preparation

Once back at the office, we begin putting the final report together. It will be sent as a PDF to your email with photos, illustration, defects and descriptions within 24 hours.​

Ongoing Support

If you have any questions, your inspector will be happy to walk you through the report in detail. Our goal is to make sure you clearly understand every finding — without unnecessary alarm or confusion — so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Your inspector's phone number will be included on the report, and they're always available to answer any follow-up questions you may have.​​​​
