5-Point Walkthrough

A 5-point is not a full home inspection but focuses on the 5 main components of the building: the structure, roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating & cooling systems). These are the most important items that you need to know about before making a decision to purchase a house. A 5-point typically takes 1 hour. Clients will receive a report on the deficiencies found related to these 5 components within 24 hours.
